The Easiest Blueberry Cobbler EVER!
I don’t remember WHERE I found this recipe.. but it is super EASY and cheap… depending on what your price point of cheap is.
Ingredients:
1 can of pie filling (I chose blueberry)
1 cheap box yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter.
RIGHT HERE..
should be a photo of a stick of butter, can of blueberry pie filling and a box cake mix.
Spread blueberry pie filling in the bottom of a 13×11 glass pan
Spread it out, so it’s even in the pan.
Sprinkle the entire dry cake mix on top of the blueberries.
Spread the mix out so it’s even over the blueberries.
Melt one stick of butter and pour it over the top of the cake mix.
You could be done right here.. but it freaks me out a little bit that the
butter isn’t all over the dry mix..
So.. I drag a fork through all of it.
Put it in the oven at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Serve warm with ice cream.
This particular cobbler I left to cool on a Saturday Morning.. I came back and there
was only this left. I didn’t get any pretty shots.. just the last piece.
**This could be made with any pie filling.
