		<description>I learned at the Potato Musuem in Idaho (yes there is such a place outside of Pocatello and &quot;Free Tators for Outa Staters!)&#160;that leaving them unwrapped is the clue for fluffy insides. Evidently the whole foil thing was invented by restuarants trying to make them fancy, and the wrapping took place after the baking for serving. I wash my potato&#039;s scrubbing good, oil them down with some olive oil, salt the skin and pop into a 350 deg oven over an hour, or&#160;until they are soft to the oven mit squeeze.</description>
