I love to look at wedding stuff. .. even though I’ve been married to The Man for a while now.  I over heard a woman talking at Goodwill about Wedding Cake toppers.   Which made me think about the vintage wedding cake toppers I’ve sold on eBay.. and  *MY* wedding.

My wedding cake didn’t have a topper.. It was a “Martha Stewart” designed cake.. out of her original wedding book.

This isn’t a great photo of it.. but it’s my wedding cake.  I had lots of kids in my wedding party, and knew there would be children at our wedding… so I ordered  50 GIANT cupcakes  for the kids.

Make a bold statement with a french beaded flower bouquet at your wedding. Unlike real flowers, this bouquet will last a lifetime and will be a lovely keepsake of your special day.

This bouquet will consist of 10-12 poinsettias. The one shown in the picture has 11. There are 9-10 bracts aorund the center 5 flowers. (If you know about poinsettias then you will understand what I mean by this). The flowers/bracts are created with size 11/0 seed beads all on enamelled copper wire. And all stems are floss wrapped using rayon floss to give the stems a much more elegant look…Although they more than likely wont be showing anyway: depending on what sort of base you prefer.

The coloration can be multi as shown or all one color. I recommend the multi-color so the flowers will stand out and create interest. You choose what coloration you want. I.E.: whites, creams, pinks, reds, multi with any colors you want, (or some other coloring). I will create a variation of the color you choose to thus add dimension and interest in your bouquet.

I will wrap the base in satin/silk or some other sort of wrap. You can decide on what sort of base you like and send me pictures of how you want the base to look.

Convo me with any questions. This is something I want you to enjoy and appreciate as well as make a statement on who you are at your wedding. I will provide pictures and keep in touch throught the creation process so we get it just right!
