Building the Best You

I saw this book while hanging out in Barnes and Noble.

It's one of those journals about self discovery.

I would love to say that I would write in this everyday… but the only thing I write (in) everyday is this blog.

Here's the questions….

Here's my answers…

What did I do today? I hung out at the mall, went to visitation/funeral, and ran errands. Spent some time with the man driving around.

What did I feel today? Grumpy and moody this morning. I've gone to a couple of funerals in the last 2 weeks… and it's a little unnerving.

What do I feel grateful for today? God's grace

What challenged me? Feeling sorry for myself.

How did I overcome that challenge? Prayed.

What did I savor today? The smell of fresh baked bread.
