I've been hanging out quite a bit at the Sheriff's Office (filling out forms and chatting with sheriffs) because of my stupid stalker.  One afternoon I was waiting and noticed this carved ceramic sailing ship trash can.

It's marked USA on the bottom.

Any ideas on the maker?  I was thinking McCoy.
