Monday I spent almost 4 hours on the phone talking to eBay customer service regarding return requests. Over and over I kept hearing;
- It's the cost of doing business on eBay
- Returns are part of the business.
I agree with both of those statements… except eBay doesn't agree with this obviously…. Because if returns are part of doing business, then why do I get a defect for it? Isnt' it enough that I offer FREE SHIPPING & pay return shipping? Why do I need to be penalize with a defect?
