This weekend #4 is learning to ride a bike.

Here’s The Man.. explaining the basics to him.

I have avoided watching my children (numbers 1-3) learn to

ride a bike.  I just don’t like to watch any of them fall.

Then #1 said.. “You don’t have any pictures of us learning

to ride a bike!”  So.. I decided to go out, watch and

take photos.. even though I knew I might see something

like this:

At least when he fell, he was smiling.

Hang in there #4.. sit up straight! pedal! Pedal! Pedal!

NOOOOO!

Get back up and try again, monkey!

You can do it!

There he goes… He fell off right after I took this

picture.. but in his defense..

He got back on and kept trying!

The Man… He Can Fix Anything..

I’ve been married almost 5000 days to this guy…

I know what you are saying.. who counts the days.. right? Well on Facebook there is some

“Wedding App” that will tell how many days until your wedding and then after

that how many days you’ve been married.  This is why it seems I am “counting ” the days 🙂

He’s fixing something here…I’m not sure what…

He can fix really anything as long as it plugs in.

(I like to say he can fix anything as long as it’s not mine 😉

I wasn’t really sure about him when I met him.

My mother would say; “It would be so nice to have someone like

that around who knows how to fix something”; and “He’s so nice and

he can work on your broken dryer”!  Except I didn’t have a broken dryer.

I guess he worked on my heart.. because I  love him so much..

He’s fixed my dryer a few time since then too. 🙂

Auctions Finds…

This was one of the strangest auctions I’ve never been too.  I’ve bid on items on eBay.. but I’ve never bid on items for re-sale at an online auction like this one was.  Here’s some of my loot…

I think this was a bankruptcy sale of a beauty shop.  Since I had never

bid this way before, I bid early… and also before the auctions were over.

Next time, I will probably just watch and bid at the end.  It was

fun, and I think I got some pretty good stuff.

Do you know what this is?  If you guessed  a halter top.. you’d be correct.

I was hoping to take photos of the auction house and people picking

their winnings up… but The Man and #2  went to pick up the stuff…

and #2 FORGOT to take photos.  (you’ve failed #2)
