PayPal Student Debit Cards a Pretty Cool Idea

The nerd (#2) got something new to play with.  PayPal has started their

new “student card” program.  (Check it out HERE)  Parents can keep

track of what their kids spend and add money to the kids accounts

from their PayPal account.  It’s a pretty neat program.

He was so excited to sign it… and to spend some sweet moola.

I had #1 take the photo.. and I could hear her from the other

room saying; “No SIGN IT!”  and “Your signature! Duh!”

Here’s what he did..

I promise even though he’s homeschooled he really can “sign” his name.

He says he misunderstood his sister.  I think that’s maybe true.. 😉

Casey’s Slurpee machine.. LOOK OUT.. he has some

money in there.. and isn’t afraid to spend it.

Well.. I Had a To Do List… But Poison Ivy Made it Go Away…

I had stuff to do today.. I got up ready to do it….  and this was staring at me.

OK.. OK.. he was like 7 years old here..

See no poison ivy.. just a good shot up his nose.

He was “weed wacking” and some how got into poison ivy. It’s all over his legs, and face.  I made him take some anti-histamine last night and it knocked him out.  I thought he would be better this morning, and he wasn’t.  We call his Dr.. no appointments today.. only one tomorrow in the evening.  So we went to the walk-in clinic 20 miles away.

I don’t know how my baby has this hairy of a leg.. He’s just a baby! Maybe

it’s some growth hormone in the slurpees he likes to drink.

Now 6 hours later he is fully medicated and feeling better… but I didn’t get anything done on my to-do list.

Dear Grandpa; Please send more pants!

My father-in-law (Ward Cleaver) gave #2 a pair of pants.  Apparently#2 has had them for a couple of years, but only now has decide to wear them.

He really likes this pants.  He says they are; “comfortable”   “you can wear other pants under them” and my favorite, “if you get something on them, it slides right off”.

Yes, he really said that.  Embarrassing #2 really embarrassing.

I’ve told him the last 3 days that I need to wash these pants.  He doesn’t think they are dirty. Because “stuff just slides right off of them”.  Please Grandpa.. send the kid some more pants…

I think I gave Birth to the Twitter King oh.. and PRAY FOR SURF!

I admit I’m lazy.  Some people don’t think so.. but deep down inside I know the truth. I take short cuts.. and sometimes I’m just too tired to read.  Wait… what?  Yes.. I said it.. I’m too tired to read.  Here’s proof.

#2 is looking a little tired himself!

I bought this hoodie for #2 for his birthday.  I thought he’d like the orange and burgundy. It must have been one of those days when I was too tired to read.

Actually I saw the “Surf Crazy” on the front, and didn’t think much of it.  I was more concerned about the “bedazzle -ing” that had happened in some places.

See those little white dots?  Those are not really rhinestones, but more like little crystals.  Are those manly? They didn’t seem to bother #2.  He liked the colors.

He was sitting on the floor with his hood up and I noticed this!  “Pray for Surf”.  The kid lives in Kansas…

Does this mean he’s the Twitter King?  Nice Bedazzling..
